The hotel offers full-sized hotel rooms and hotel suites with floor to ceiling sliding windows. Some rooms come with a balcony and partial harbour views, available upon request.

The hotel offers a shuttle service between the airport and the hotel on a schedule basis. A Greyhound shuttle bus drives to Whistler and Blackcomb Ski resorts. Since 15th October 2006, the hotel has been completely non-smoking.

This family-friendly hotel is located directly beside the port and near the cruise liner dock. Historic Gastown, the Robson Street shopping area, and beautiful Stanley Park can be easily reached on foot. It is only around 5 minutes to bars, restaurants, a bus stop and there is a train station about 10 minutes away by car.
