Close to Airport and the free transportation to from airport worked fine. The Hotel itself is not a top class Hotel and should only be used as a 1 night stop over for further travel. The price is reasonable compared with Camino Real and Hilton at the airport.

Bonito, comodo
el recepcionista deberia tener un poco mas de cordialidad y sonriza, no hay frigo bar, la tv es chica con el control dificil de manejar el frijol del desayuno no estaba muy bueno, falta un poco de variedad y decoracion en el bufet

Vicinissimo al terminal 1 dell'aeroporto,servizio efficiente e gratuito per trasferiremento all'aeroporto,vicino alla fermata della metropolitana,gentilezza e disponibilità del personale.La prossima volta che andremo a Città del Messico,sceglieremo sicuramente questo albergo perchè è veramente comodo per gli spostamenti.
Le finestre sono ermeticamente chiuse.Non so se è una caratteristica di Città del Messico,perchè è il secondo hotel che prenotiamo e anche l'altro aveva il medesimo problema.

Hotel très proche de l'aéroport (10 min à pieds) Shuttle gratuit pour l'aéroport Chambre très propre Très bon petit déjeuner
Les approximations du personnel (20 minutes pour m'apporter la télécommande de la TV alors que j'avais demandé la télécommande de la climatisation...) Le manque d'insonorisation des chambres inacceptable pour un hotel 4 étoiles (j'entendais ma voisine d'en face utiliser son sèche-cheveux alors que nos 2 portes étaient fermées)
Aller à l'aéroport... il n'y a rien d'autre autour

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster und über die Belüftung dran Küchengeruch ins Zimmer, sodaß man schon ab 5.00h morgens das Frühsück riechen konnte.

buffet tres varie et de qualite,personnel courtois et efficace
odeur nauseabonde ds le couloir du 3eme etage durant la nuit.
Excellent good value airport hotel. We arrived into the airport late, but the 24 hour shuttle was indeed 24 hour and after a quick free phone telephone call arrived in a few minutes. The included buffet breakfast was also good.
