The conference hotel was built in 1971 and renovated in 2003. The building consists of 11 floors with a total of 272 rooms, of which 9 are singles, 243 are doubles and 18 are suites. The hotel's facilities include a sumptuous lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a conference room and lift access. Dining options include a café and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available on request. There is also wireless Internet access and room and laundry services. The hotel offers rooms adapted for the needs of disabled guests.
