        Personal kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet

        Negative review

        Eingang, Lobby, Lounge und Restaurant gehen ineinander über und bilden einen großen, offenen Raum. Dadurch ist es sehr zugig und im Winter kalt. Reinigungsarbeiten an den großen Fenstern im Restaurant gehen während der Mahlzeiten vonstatten.

        Positive review

        Location was superb, right in front of the ocean. We enjoyed the dolphins each morning. The room and facilities were beautiful.

        Negative review

        The staff could have been customer service oriented. Especially the Hotel Restaurant staff. They detracted from the 5 star location, by providing less than a 5 star experience or service that is expected of the advertised superiority of the hotel.
