Renovated in 2006, this 13-storey business hotel is set in a unique landscape that combines metropolitan with local life. With 240 single, double, twin and triple rooms, including several suites, the hotel offers basic comfort for leisure and business travellers alike. Facilities on offer include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility, lift access, an Internet access with wireless (charges apply), a restaurant and parking for those arriving by car (fees apply). Laundry and dry-cleaning services are also available. The hotel also has a piano lounge with a resident band. For conferences and meetings there is also a grand, theatre-style ballroom on hand for conferences and meetings, which seats 350 people, as well as 2 smaller function rooms.

All basic rooms feature single, twin, double or triple beds. Each comes with an en suite bathroom with large bathtub, shower and hairdryer, as well as a direct dial telephone, a satellite TV, wireless broadband Internet access, a minibar, a mini fridge and complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities. Air conditioning (centrally regulated) and an individual electronic safe also come as standard. There are 9 triple rooms available, with 3 single beds, and 2 of the rooms are disability-friendly.

There is an outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace and loungers, as well as sauna rooms and a gym on the hotel premises.

Dining options encompass both international and local cuisine, and there are all-day buffets at the Quality café, al fresco dining with light meals at The Terrace and authentic Taiwanese vegetarian cuisine at the Lotus restaurant.

Located at the top of Balestier Road, the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the city centre and the shopping and entertainment belt of Orchard Road. It is set at the heart of the local community with small shops and restaurants selling a range of local produce within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. A 15-minute drive from Suntec City and the CBD. It is approximately 20 minutes from Singapore Expo and Changi International Airport.
