4 Sterne Hotel = X Sterne Küche ?

Clean, nice territory with 2 pools and waterfall. FB is good, different kinds of fish, meat. Located in very nice part of the city, good view to Teide.

15 min walk from the beach up in the hill. Most of guests are old couples and families with small children - it is not attractive for teenagers.

Althogh it is on the North West coast and gets more rain than the South of the island it is in my opinion a much more relaxing traditional holiday destination with a good mix of Spanish and German holidaymakers and with food outlets to suit ALL tastes and pockets

We have been using this hotel since 1999 and over all of those years the quality of the hotel has never altered. All of the staff we have found very friendly and will go out of their to help you with any problem that might happen. We could not rate this hotel highly enough and look forward to using the hotel for many years to come.

There is nothing negative that we can say regarding this hotel

Loro Parque is only a short distance from the hotel and is well worth a visit. The town of Puerto de la Cruz is a delight to wander round both day and night with a good mixture of the old and the new. The Martinez on the sea front is another place to relax and spend a day. Tarro Park and the Orchid gardens along with the Botanical gardens are also well worth a look

Clean, attractive gardens, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel information did not make it clear there was no indoor swimming pool. The food was very much geared to the palate and culture of the German guests. There did not appear to be much traditional Canarian/Spanish dishes available. There was no choice of teas available, other than one ordinary tea and a few herbal teas. There were no hot drink making facilities in the bedroom (most usual in most modern hotels). The bedroom TV channels were again biased towards the German and Spanish speaking guests. Of ca 25 channels available only 2 were in English language one of these a USA channel (CNN) and the other Sky News. There were no entertainment channels in English language.

hotel agréable au calme 20 minutes à pied du centre, belles infrastrucures et personnel compétent.

Alle,ja alle "personaler" vi var i kontakt med på dette dejlige hotel mødte os med venlighed og hjælpsomhed. Der blev udvist stor service og vi nød flere privilegier såsom at måtte hente mad fra restauranten før åbningstid til vores barnebarn på kun et år.

Kan overhovedet ikke komme på noget. Udover halvkedeligt vejr!!!!

la gente del hotel es muy agradable, las vistas del hotel no están mal.

la comida no vale mucho la pena, pues esta dirigida a los extranjeros, que son el 90%. creo que necesita una pequeña gran reforma, pues los muebles son muy antiguos ( que en sus años serian la leche). la animación era dirigida a personas mayores, pues a los niños nos los dejaban participar. en fin la gente del comedor era increíble de simpática, pero no volveré a este hotel.

En este caso no tengo opinión positiva del hotel.

He ido en varias ocasiones a ese hotel y me ha idorelativamente bién, pero en esta ocasión me dieron una habitación que estaba al lado de los ascensores y se oia el ruido de los motores cada vez que éste se ponía en funcionamiento. Es una habitación que no debería darsele a nadie,y más aún habiendo muchas habitaciones vacias en el hotel.

en el piso 3 camarera muy agradable.los de receccion muy agradables y simpaticos.el espectaculo del sabado muy bien divertido para toda la familia,con la musica en vivo muy alegre me gusto mucho.los camareros del bar pisina bien. la pisina muy limpia .

en el restaurante no me parece bien ese ambiente tan seco.no se pueden hacer tortilla francesa dicho por el jefe de cocina que le llamo la atencion delante de mi. por hacerme, una, me parece poco profecional.el camarero de caja muy agradable.creo que de resto de los camareros de restaurante deberian de familiarisarse mas con el cliente pues eso nos gusta.
