The cuisine can be described as 'Cuisine du Marché' and is prepared by a foreign-trained Shanghainese team of chefs headed by Steven Shi. It is based on traditional French fine dining with modern touches as well as some selected Asian delicacies presented in a refreshing style. Continental breakfast buffet is served as well as buffet, à la carte and set menu lunch and dinner.
