I found the hotel was perfectly located for all our needs and only a couple of minutes walk into the main square

Central location close to old town and main square and rail station ( 5 min walk). Reasonably priced dining room meals. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Double room, while somewhat small, was clean and well maintained. Bathroom and shower well maintained and clean. Very good standard of maintenance throughout the hotel. Convenient coach pick-up point for day tours.

It was necessary to keep room windows closed at night to reduce noise from outside (traffic and late-night revellers). No coffee/tea-making facilities in bedroom. Layout of reception lounge not very welcoming - too bare and bland, with potential for improvement. Hotel bar very small with limited seating.

Ideally situated , very near the square, I have walking problems but found it easy to get around. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. and would stay at this hotel again. Good value for money.

Found the room we had quite small and having the twin beds in a line awkward.

Lots of beautiful churches and historic buildings in and around the square. Enjoyed watching the horse and carriages. Went on various site seeing tours to salt mines and city tours. Lots of eating places at reasonable prices around the square and numerous bars etc.

Very, very good. Clean! Comfortable. Cosy beds. Good breakfast. Stylish rooms. Polite staff. (Speak good English) Everything in the room works. Close to the old town. Close to tours. Easy to get to. Free bottled water in the room was much appreciated! Safe-box service. Very good value for the price. Big, roomy reception area. Big, roomy breakfast room. We love your hotel! We even visited the Wyspianski Museum out of curiosity. Thank you for a lovely visit!!

Noisy casino just below our window. (Otherwise it was nice and quiet) Bath towels a little too small and thin. Bed mattress slides off the bed sometimes. (But we're not complaining)

Walk!! Walk to the Old Town, to Krakowska Galleria. Take tours to interesting places. Many nice restaurants nearby. The location is great for everybody--even people in wheelchairs.

The location is brilliant -very central. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a lovely atmosphere.

It would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room but no negative feedback other than that.

Visit Market Square - 2 minute walk. Large Shopping centre - 5/10 min. walk. Bars, shops, restaurants, castle etc. all withing walking distance.
