The building is situated in what was the first inn of the shire, built in the second half of the 19th century. The hotel itself was opened in 2008 and features decoration which harmoniously combines the restored stone walls with minimalist design furniture. The rooms have an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double bed, TV and DVD player. Internet access, an in-room safe, minibar, electric kettle and individually regulated heating are also provided.
