Excellent value for money. The food was a highlight as there was a wide range of food suitable for vegetarians and a fantastic range of deserts. Very comfortable.

En todos los sentidos todo muy bien. Ambiente muy familiar.
Supongo que al alto porcentaje de ocupación y no de previsión... se formaban algunas colas en el comedor a las horas de las comidas (horario intermedio).

las instalaciones están muy bien para un hotel de 3 estrellas. La animación para los niños es buena, con actividades casi todo el día Además por la noche hay música en directo y espectáculos en la terraza al aire libre junto a la piscina que resulta muy agradable
La playa que está junto al hotel no es muy buena, hay muchas algas y no hay ni una ola

Sorprendido por la limpieza. Entodo momento encontrabas personal de limpieza realizando su trabajo.
Ninguna, lo único y tan solo a nivel pesonal, yoprefiero la piscina exterior que era salada y yo la prefiero de cloro, pero esto no lo puedo considerar algo negativo.
Visitar el puerto (precioso), paseo maritimo, visita las calas de Les Rotes....

la comida es bastante buena
debería de tener nevera disponible. No deberían de retirar la comida o no reponerla hasta que no termine el turno de comidas.

I found the hotel to be very good in every - all of the staff in the different areas (from housekeepers to dinning room and
reception) were competent, professional, friendly and went out of their to be helpful. Many of my dealings at reception
were with Jacob (the english for his name) and he was excellent and helped me on a number of occasions. The facilities were
also excellent and very well maintained. 
Although I enjoyed my stay, I would be inclined to avoid the peak family period the next time. The noise levels in the dinning room and poolside in the evenings were quite lively with all the children (naturally)!

My only complaint is that there was no coffee making facilities in the bedroom and I was unable to get coffee during the day in the dinning room. As I am "addicted" to coffee, I was a little disappointed that I was unable to get coffee in the hotel other than at breakfast.
The hotel was very well located with bars and restaurants nearby, the beach across the road , and the town only 10 minutes walk away.
