Housed in a building that dates back to 1800, which underwent renovation work in 2005, this air-conditioned beach hotel, lying on Seabreeze Avenue, comprises 306 rooms spread over 13 floors. The hotel features traditional hospitality and services with elegant spacious rooms as well as a stunning views of the Atlantic. Further facilities include a foyer with a reception desk, a cloakroom and a lift as well as a bar, a conference room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. Room and laundry services are available for an additional fee and there is also a car park for which added charges apply.
Room description
The elegant rooms are designed in a neutral style and warm cherry wood furnishings. The spacious rooms each include a balcony with a spectacular view of the water and the city. They include a king-size bed and a sofa or two queen-size beds with large pillows as well as an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. In addition, the furnishings include a table and chair and/or desk, a large cupboard, a 42" flat screen TV, Extream TV service (payable at reception) and cable channels as well as Internet access and pay movies. Further facilities include a direct dial telephone with a data port and answer phone, a clock radio, a convection fan/microwave oven, a mini-fridge, both on a granite counter top, as well as ironing facilities. In addition, individually regulated air conditioning and heating, electronic door locking and a hire safe also feature as standard. Guests are also able to upgrade their room, for an added fee, to the Ocean View room, Ocean Front room, Ocean Front room with a patio, Ocean Front suite or Ocean Front studio.
Sport activities description
Refreshment is available in the Olympic size ocean facing pool and on sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Relaxation is offered in Ocean Waters Spa, the only full service European style spa in central Florida. Guests are also able to unwind in the almost 1,400 m² European Spa for an added fee or train in the gym as well as improve golfing skills. It is also possible to play basketball or take a stroll along the car-free area by the beach.
Meal service description
All meals are served in Magnolias. Marketessan offers light snacks, sandwiches and take-away dishes. Light meals may also be enjoyed in the evenings in the veranda lobby bar and in the veranda ocean-front lounge. The pool bar and grill additionally is open seasonally.

This hotel is situated in the heart of Daytona Beach. It lies right by the beach, with a stunning location by the Atlantic. Guests are only a few minutes away from Daytona Lagoon, shops, various restaurants for every taste and the entertainment options on Ocean Walk. Main Street, Daytona Airport and Volusia Mall are also located close to the hotel and in a couple of minutes guests will reach the congress centre. Daytona Beach International Airport (DBIA) lies around 10 km away, while Walt Disney World, Cape Canaveral and Sea World are located around 1 hour from the hotel.
