First room was terrible - ripped Velux blind



1) I book 2 rooms the same more 5 weeks before I travelled, 1st night I had a much smaller room than I paid for (room 23)2) Mini bar in 1st room smelt3) One English TV channel (CNN) and remote controlls don't workThe hotel is classed as a 3 star but in my opinion it is a very poor 3 star. The location is good but that was the only positive thing I found about the hotel, even an employee of the hotel told us that the owner is allowing the hotel to go down...!
