The hotel was well situated for all the amenities. The train station is over the road and bus stops up the road. The staff well excellent and very friendly and helpful. The food was good and it was cheaper to drink in the hotel than most of the bars! The rooms were clean bedding changed regular and towels daily.
it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Excellent location for exploring the "real "barcelona. Close to old town and marina with lovely shops and restaurants near by. Easy to get to from airport as opposite Estacio de Franco.

Accoglienza soddisfacente, il personale al nostro arrivo ci ha messo a nostro agio, peraltro dandoci spiegazioni in Italiano cosa molto gradita vista la nostra difficolta' a parlare lo Spagnolo
Il nostro parere e' invece molto negativo per un motivo importantissimo riguardante l'igiene, Domenica 14/10, giorno della nostra partenza, purtroppo e' mancata l'acqua calda quindi abbiamo dovuto lavarci con l'acqua fredda, abbiamo chiesto al personale ( per ben 4 volte previa comunicazione interna tel. ) un intervento celere vista la nostra imminente partenza, ci e' stato risposto che da lì a pochi minuti la situazione sarebbe tornata alla normalita', purtroppo questo non e' avvenuto nei tempi sperati, e' spiacevole notare questa leggerezza anche perche' il nostro seppur breve soggiorno e' cmq stato pagato in anticipo e totalmente. Hotel muy bien comunicado y buena calida de sevicio MUY RECOMENDABLE
Location, it´s close to the beach, port, park and la rambla. Railwaystation and Metro are close to the Hotel, so easy to reach. Room was clean and quiet. You could open the windows for fresh air. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fine. Nice Design. I simply liked it.
Towels stayed the same for 4 days.
