Renovated in 2004, the complex lies surrounded by a wonderful 10,000 m² garden. Comprising a 2-storey main building and 2-storey annexe block, a total of 190 apartments and studios are on offer. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a supermarket, a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant, a public Internet terminal, a bike hire service a car park .
