This holiday complex underwent renovations in 2002 and comprises a main building as well as six 2-storey annexe blocks with a total of 294 rooms. A diversity of facilities are on offer in the main building including a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and a lift in addition to a shop, a hairdresser's salon, a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, a games room, a TV room and a lounge. Facilities on the complex include a nightclub, a casino, a theatre hall and an Internet café with a WLAN access point. Guests' culinary wishes are catered for in the complex's café, various bars and 3 à la carte and buffet restaurant offering Italian and Turkish cuisine as well as a varied selection of fish specialities. Sport activities description
Sun loungers and parasols have also been laid out ready for use on the beach and various water sports may be tried out (on payment of an additional fee) including banana boating, pedaloes, canoeing and windsurfing. In the sprawling outdoor complex are 2 swimming pools with separate children's pool, 2 water slides, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use (free of charge). Depending on the season, an indoor swimming pool is available for use. It is possible to relax in the sauna area where guests will discover Turkish steam baths and a massage service (for an additional fee). Sports enthusiasts may play tennis (2 hard courts with floodlighting), table tennis, archery, basketball, beach volleyball, billiards/ snooker (additional fees apply) or take advantage of the aerobics offers. Guests both young and old may participate in the seasonal daytime and evenings entertainment programme.

Countless shopping and entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity as well as in the city of Side, which lies about 5 km away (minibus service). Transfer to Antalya airport takes around 1 hour (60 km).
