    Los exteriores son magníficos, un auténtico palacio.

    Muy bonito y acogedor, con mucho encanto.Un hotel para disfrutar tanto de las instalaciones como del magnífico entorno. Muy recomendable para gente que quiera pasar unos días tranquilos, olvidándose del tiempo, sin moverse y en contacto con la naturaleza.

    Excelente el entorno y el cuidado de los jardines.

    Las rutas para pasear están muy mal explicadas en los planos y no hay señalización en el bosque. El bar cierra muy pronto y al estar el hotel apartado de todo no hay opciones de diversión para la noche, ni siquiera para mantener una tertulia hasta las dos de la mañana.

    Ambiente muy tranquilo y acogedor, con zonas comunes de gran belleza.

    Habitaciones con mantenimiento deficiente en relación al hotel. ( Puertas arañadas, paredes desgastadas, carencia de tv plana )

    Das Restaurant-Hotel sollte dringend geschult werden und begreifen, daß der Gast hier König sein will, wie anno dazumal Carlos I. - deshalb kommt man nämlich hierher!

    Wunderschoenes Schloß

    Restaurant-Personal sehr, sehr schlecht ! Man bittet 3 x einen Kellner zum Tisch und niemand kommt. Man wird ignoriert. Dieses Restaurant-Personal passt nicht zum Schloß in dem es arbeitet !!! Das Frühstück ist 0-8-15, keine 5 Sterne, keine Besonderheiten, dringend verbesserungswürdig! Die Rezeption ist beim Ein- und Auschecken zwar äußerst freundlich, führt einem zum Zimmer aber das war es dann. Das Schloß hätte es verdient, vom Personal hergezeigt zu werden, wenigstens 10 Minuten lang könnte man den Gästen das Haus präsentieren. Es gibt kein einziges Raucherzimmer, nicht einmal einen kleinen Winkel - wo es doch zu Zeiten der Monarchie üblich war, einen Rauchsalon zu haben. Durch die vielen Negativa ist der Preis keinesfalls gerechtfertigt!

    Bei Lourenco im Ort Luso ißt man gut, preiswert und wird freundlichst bedient.
