It features 120 Standard guest rooms, 40 Executive rooms which are located on the 10th and 11th floor, and 14 Deluxe rooms and 2 Junior Suites, which are the hotel's largest accommodation types. The hotel has a lobby with hotel safe and currency exchange facility, as well as a restaurant and conference facilities. Guests may also make use of the room and laundry services. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.
Room description
All rooms are spacious and refurbished in 2010. All have private balconies with superb views over looking the harbour, the mountains and parklands. The majority of the rooms can be configured to either twin or double rooms upon request. En suite bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, TV / pay per view movies, tea/coffee making facilities,broadband internet access as well as an iron set all come as standard. Individually-adjustable air conditioning also features.

Guests may make use of the outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace.

The hotel has simply Cairns best location. Right on the picturesque Cairns Esplanade, it is within metres of the Reef Fleet Terminal, the major departure point to the Great Barrier Reef. Opposite is the Esplanade Lagoon, the restaurant precinct, the Casino and parklands, It's a short stroll to shops, galleries and all facilities. The hotel is only 10 minutes for the Cairns International Airport.
