    Clean well organised obliging

    The room was clean and not too small. The hotel was very close to Oxford Street and it was in a good neighbourhood.

    Bathroom was a little too small but it didn't bother me that much. There was no internet in the hotel.

    Location is ideal for London visitors.

    We had booked a triple room and were given a small double room. Issue took few hours to sort out but all credit to the staff, we did get the room we had paid for. Not the stress we needed though! The breakfast was the worst I have ever had anywhere and would not recommend to anyone.

    The Orchard was a great value for money hotel. Very clean and nice rooms, newly furnished. The location is also perfect - just 5min off Paddington.

    The breakfast lacks variety - it is exactly the same every day. Rather cheap selection of products, especially the coffee, which had no taste at all.

    It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in, warm, clean, modern. I will always book here to stay in London. very convenient to get to West End.

    Travelling as a family of 3 , we found this hotel perfect for what we needed . Close to everything we wanted to do / see , the staff were unobtrusive but also polite when we asked anything .

    Great location , very clean , modern shower room , flat screen tv in room , modern furniture and decor .

    No tea making facilities in room .

    10 minutes walk to Marble Arch , Hyde Park , Marylebone and Oxford Street . Tube stations easy access to Paddington and Marble Arch . Ideal location to visit all the top landmarks .

    Simple, but everything needed. Clean, good location, renovated bathroom, breakfast included and friendly staff.

    Good location in Paddington, near Hyde Park. Close to Paddington station, a food store, pubs and some restaurants. 10-15min walk to Hyde Park, Oxford Street, Marble Arch and Madame Tussaud's.
