Built in 2011, the air-conditioned city hotel is as bold as Dallas with 1,001 richly appointed guest rooms, a contemporary reflective glass exterior and innovative guest amenities. Owned by the City of Dallas, the business hotel features three presidential suites. It is built to the U.S. Green Building Council LEED Silver Certification placing it on the forefront of environmental awareness and conservation in the city. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a hotel safe, cloakroom, currency exchange and lift access to the upper floors. There is a café, bar and a restaurant and guests will appreciate the conference facilities and wireless Internet access. Guests can also take advantage of the room and laundry services. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park/garage.

Room description

There is one king or two queen beds in the room. Rooms are luxuriously appointed with floor-to-ceiling windows and warm colours that reflect the spirit of the city and are decorated with art created by local artists. The rooms include work stations, an LCD high-definition TV, and contemporary furnishings. Beds feature fine linens, plush duvets and luxury pillows. The guest bathroom is equipped with a bathtub or walk-in shower, functioning drawers, a hairdryer and a TV hidden in the mirror. They also come equipped with a direct dial telephone, Internet access, a radio, fridge, microwave, safe, ironing set, tea and coffee making facilities and individually regulated air conditioning and heating as standard.

Sport activities description

There is a fully equipped gym, spa and heated outdoor infinity swimming pool. Sun loungers are laid out for use. In-room fitness options including a complimentary Get Fit Kit. Guests can also treat themselves to a soothing massage.
