This hotel is one of Kusadasi's oldest and most established. In 2010 it was renovated and modernised, but the attractive grounds and impressive trees still remain. Occupying a lovely location by the Aegean Sea, the hotel offers guests comfortable accommodation units, largely in bungalow-type blocks dotted around the grounds and there are plenty of amenities available. There are 248 units in total at this beach hotel. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and a currency exchange. Facilities include the main à la carte restaurant and a choice of bars, a nightclub, kids' club, hotel entertainment team, sports activities, a TV corner and a games room. In addition there is wireless Internet access available and a reading corner (some facilities may not be available due to weather / seasonal conditions at certain times of the year). A hairdressing salon, children's playground and car park are also available. Room and laundry services are also available for additional fees.
Room description
All rooms have a TV, direct dial telephone, safe deposit box, Internet access, a smoke alarm system, and a balcony or terrace. All are also en suite with a shower and hairdryer. Further standard in-room amenities include a double bed, radio, minibar, and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.
Sport activities description
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with a poolside snack bar and children's swimming area. There is also a spa and beauty centre. Spa facilities include a sauna and Turkish bath. Spa treatments and massages are available for an extra fee. Sun loungers with parasols are laid out ready for use on the sun terrace and on the sandy/pebble beach. Daily animation activities and evening shows are organised. For the more sporty guests there is tennis (for a fee), table tennis, basketball, volleyball, and aerobics and aqua fit sessions. Guests can also work out in the gym. Water sports including waterskiing, jet skiing, motor boating, banana boating, canoeing and pedal boating are available on the beach with an extra charge for motorised sports. Guests can also play pool/snooker for additional fees. Fans of the fairway can also head to the nearest course, which is some 11 km away.
Meal service description
All meals are served in buffet form and local drinks are included until late evening. The evening meal is additionally offered à la carte.

The resort enjoys a spectacular setting directly on the beachfront with 50-year-old trees dotted around the gardens. The popular resort of Kusadasi with its many shops and lively nightlife options is just 4 km away and easily reached by public transport from in front of the hotel. Ladies Beach, also with numerous restaurants and bars, is approximately 2 km from the hotel. The Genoese Port on Pigeon Island and Dilek National Park are some 4.5 km and 13 km away, respectively. Adnan Menderes Airport is about 70 km away and Milas Airport is about 120 km from the establishment.
