Muy bien ubicado. Limpio. Comodo. Remodelado.
Nuestra habitacion estaba muy cerca de un gimnasio que está dentro de las instalaciones. Pero no molestaba en horarios de descanso.

Con conexiones a transporte publico cercanas y a solo 20min del centro.
Tienen un gimnasio cuyos ruidos se oyen por todo el complejo.
The hotel has a good environment in the ground floor and it is spacious. The reception is friendly. Food is good and tasty. Free map of the city was given and it is great and helpful. The hotel is near the tram station and it is very convenient for traveling. Lift is there to go to the upper floors. Rooms are not shabby. Fresh air is there through window. Good Bar and lunch area. Good for budget.
Room doors have no locks. Rooms are old and not updated. Furniture are old and the floor is not vacuum cleaned well. No aesthetics are carried inside the rooms (only a old and faded picture was on the wall, not even a artificial flower to look the room nice. ). Dust is present and there is no good smell in the room. window doesn't close properly and the curtains are old and not cleaned. Curtain rails stuck and curtains difficult to close even. Room should be re-arranged and the walls should be re-painted. Bathroom doesn't have a soap holder in the bathing area. Wi-fi is not available free of charge as in other hotels. Bed is not comfortable enough. Instead of double bed what we asked, got two single beds. :( No phone directory for reference in the room. ( for hotel numbers). cracks in the walls. We were able to hear what the people in the next room were talking in high voices. It was not good. No bottle of water in the room ( or mini bar ). No fan or A/C to put on when too hot.
