This is a stylish boutique hotel consisting of 3 buildings in a lovely garden with an outdoor swimming pool (heated in the winter months). The family-friendly beach hotel was renovated in 2009 and has a total of 32 guest rooms. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange, TV lounge and WLAN Internet access. The hotel also has an attractive outdoor bar with a decked surface bordering the small beach and an à la carte restaurant. For an additional fee, guests can take advantage of the room and laundry services on offer. Those guests who are arriving by car may park their vehicle in the hotel's car park. By the beach, there is a sundeck supported on stilts over the sea with a wooden jetty leading down to it, lined with canopied pagodas providing cushioned comfort, ideal for escaping to with a book or for a quiet doze.

Each room has a double bed, a balcony or terrace, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
Sport activities description
The hotel's spa centre has a gym, steam room, sauna and massage room (massages are available in summer only and for a fee). There is also an outdoor swimming pool which is heated in the winter months. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out on the sun terrace and refreshments are available from the poolside snack bar. Water sports available on the sandy beach include waterskiing, jet skiiing, diving, windsurfing, banana boating, canoeing and pedal boating. All water sports incur additional fees. Sun loungers and parasols are also on offer on the beach. There is a golf club in Ortakent, which is about 30 km away.

Located by the beach in a small area known as Gundogan on the Bodrum peninsula, the hotel is within a few kilometres of Yalikavak and Turkbuku. Local transport is available from close to the hotel making it easy to explore the peninsula and also the cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum 25 km away. Bodrum Airport is approximately 50 km from the hotel.
