The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lift, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a games room and a TV room. In addition, it offers a cosy café, bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for younger guests. Medical assistance is also on offer for guests, should it be required. The hotel offers younger guests a playground.

All of the friendly, modern rooms are fitted with an en suite complete bathroom, terrace, magnetic security lock, telephone, satellite TV, central heating, air conditioning in season and optional safe box.
