The hotel enjoys a superb location in Las Palmas, the capital of Gran Canaria, just 20 m from Las Canteras Beach and 10 minutes from one of the largest shopping centres in the city. There is a bus stop just a few metres from the hotel with regular lines and the tourist bus Las Palmas Guagua. The bus provides a useful tour around the city, pointing out the various highlights along the way. The Alfredo Kraus Auditorium convention centre is located less than 5 km away.

By car, take the highway GC1 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Once in the city, take exit Parque Santa Catalina and head towards the beach (Playa). Journey time is 20-30 minutes.
