The recently built hotel comprises a total of 163 rooms. On entering the hotel boardroom, guests will sense the special atmosphere immediately. The excellent view over Amsterdam's canals, the great amounts of natural light and the ambience in the boardroom guarantee a completely relaxed meeting. The room has a capacity of up to 12 persons and is equipped with air conditioning, a direct telephone line and Internet connections. The optimal seats ensure guests may enjoy a comfortable meeting. Selected technical equipment is available on request. Further hotel facilities include a safe, a cloakroom service, a shoeshine service, 'Palette' bar lounge and breakfast restaurant. Laundry services and dry cleaning are on offer as is 24-hour room service, babysitting (on request), bicycle hire and car hire (on request). There are facilities for the disabled.

The standard and deluxe rooms each feature a bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries, a direct dial telephone, cable TV with built-in radio, pay-per-view TV, Internet access (WLAN), separate modem telephone lines, air conditioning and a hire safe. Moreover, there are also tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, an ice machine, ironing equipment, a wake up service, and a choice of pillows (firm, soft) as standard in each room. Rooms offering access for wheelchair users are available.
