The air-conditioned city hotel comprises a total of 266 rooms of which 2 are suites. Facilities include a foyer area, a lounge bar and 12 conference rooms offering a capacity of 4 to 200 persons. All of the conference rooms offer a warm and relaxed atmosphere and are equipped with air conditioning as well as ISDN connections. The large windows mean that 10 of the conference rooms enjoy a great deal of natural light. The colonial-style 'Travellers' restaurant offers an array of dishes and guests are also able to enjoy pleasant and relaxing moments in ‘Williams' bar. Moreover, 24-hour room and laundry services are available, as are a shoe shine service, a vending and ice machine and a car park offering complimentary parking for up to 200 cars.

The rooms and suites each come with an en suite bathroom, a toiletries kit, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, cable TV, pay TV, Internet/ WLAN access and a fridge. Individually regulated heating and air conditioning come as standard and all are equipped with ironing equipment and a safe. A choice of pillows are available (firm, soft, feather).

This hotel is situated just north of the centre of Amsterdam within walking distance of all the city's famous sights. The hotel is easily accessible both by car as well as by public transport. It is just 10 minutes drive from the city centre and the railway station is 1.5 km away. There is a free shuttle service into the city centre available to guests.Due to construction the IJ-tunnel will be closed from 6th of July until 3rd of September 2012. Therefore the shuttle bus will drive to the ferryboat (which is located at the back of Central Station).
