The hotel was built in 1983 and was adapted to the needs to today's guests during its renovation in 2001. It is distinguished by its authentic Arabo-Moorish architecture, combining modernity with tradition, with the maisonettes featuring an inner courtyard, surrounded by a rich variation of palms and gardens. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, lift access, a restaurant, a café, a bar, a nightclub and conference facilities. Younger guests are also provided with a kids' club.
