Renovated in 2007, the hotel comprises a total of 15 accommodation units: 6 buildings with 2 junior suites and 3 buildings with 2-bedroom suites and a restaurant. The hotel offers a personalised service that includes breakfast served in guests' rooms or in the restaurant, and laptops with wireless Internet access in the guest rooms. There is a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a bar. Room service is also available.
Room description
All the rooms are equipped with a My Home Intelligent System. Junior suites are 70 m² and furnished with a king-size bed and single bed, a rock embedded shower with temperature control, an outdoor Jacuzzi facing the volcano, and a private garden. Master suites are 140 m². They have two rooms: The main room has 1 king-size bed and a master bath with a Jacuzzi. The other room has 2 single beds with a private bathroom. The suites also have a private garden, a swimming pool with a beautiful view of the volcano and a seating area. The hotel also offers a special service, where staff prepare food and drinks inside the guest's own room and give the guest a truly personalised service. Other features that come as standard in all the rooms include hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, in-room safe and individually regulated air conditioning units.
Sport activities description
The hotel has 2 swimming pools with hot and cold water (one for children and one for adults) with a waterfall, a Jacuzzi and a wet bar.
Meal service description
The restaurant is 690 m² and provides a clear view of the volcano from all points of the room. With high arches and ceilings, and no doors, guests can enjoy first class meals in a totally natural atmosphere. The menu offers gourmet style dishes.
