Staff all lovely and very helpful at all times
Beds were awful, a double bed was two beds put together! Food was not good. Spa did not smell clean and fresh, pool was cold.

The area of the Hotel is not as attractive! Personally, I do not feel as safe walking on the streets around the hotel. The beach was not as good too. However, due to the very professional staff at the reception, I was informed about the most popular areas around Malaga and how to get there. They were very helpful.

Fantastic reception staff - recommended great shops, market, and restuarant. All spoke great english, but also let me develop my Spanish!
Room service food was disaapointing but when I complained, they happily removed from my bill. There are no pool facilities or terrace at this time of the year which was a shame as it was 22 degrees.

Solicité el servicio de Late Checkout a la recepcionista sobre las 11 de la mañana y sin ni siquiera darle tiempo a consultar la ocupacion del hotel (ya que su respuesta fué inmediata) me dijo que no. No había ocupación al 100% para las siguientes entradas ya que seguían ofertando habitaciones, por lo que no entiendo porque no se me permitío quedarme más tarde.

Muy buena calidad en general. Habitación grande, cama grande, muchos detalles como piscina climatizada, jacuzzi y baño turco. Gran profesionalidad del personal. Para repetir.

muy buen estado instalaciones. Trato muy agradable del personal. calidad-precio bastante bueno. cerca de centros comerciales y estación renfe y autobuses.
Como casi todos los hoteles modernos, demasiado "ligeros" los tabiques de separación de habitaciones.
