At La Fonda, which is to be found in La Fàbrica, chef Carles Rodríguez serves a whole range of variations on the theme of Catalan cuisine, frequently drawing on the techniques and recipes of the Manresan pioneer of modern Catalan gastronomy, Ignasi Domènech. At the restaurant Món guests can enjoy watching how the food is prepared in the centrally located open kitchen and can also delight in the fantastic views of the Sant Benet monastery.
