    Excellent location - near to main galleries and city centre, but still quiet.

    A very individual modern hotel that puts a focus on customer service.

    Three steps down from entrance to lobby may be an inhibitor for disabled.

    The cleaning staff were very good and helpful

    We requested 2 extra pillows but were told could only have 1. I feel that was petty.

    The Guggenheim Museum was closer then it is stated in the websit which was excellent for us. Make a feature of this fact plus wonderful places to walk along the river, cafes etc..

    La habitación muy amplia, moderna, sin concesiones al detalle pero contando con todo lo esencial, siempre limpia, amplios ventanales con vistas al Guggenheim. En general, hotel muy recomendable.
