Just about 9 km from the Canal Grande of Venice which conducts to St Mark's square, Rialto Bridge, Doge's Palace and all other worldfamous places by gondola, sandolo and waterbusses (Vaporetti). The Lagoon shore is reachable in a few minutes, the sandy beaches of Lido di Venezia in about 35 min (by ferry boat), Murano Island at 28 min, Burano Island at less than an hour. Venezia Airport at less than 10 km, Treviso with its magnificent old city at 21 km and Padua (Padova) at 35 km.

How to get there
From A4 and A27 motorways join Tangenziale di Mestre-A57 motorway and take the exit direction Mestre/Via Castellana. Then stay on the right lane and follow Via Terraglio and turn right into Via Terraglio after 300 m. Go straight for 600 m and arriving in the roundabout turn left (2nd exit) into Via Luigi Einaudi. Continue for 450 m and the hotel is on the left. The acces to the hotel is allowed. In public transports: From the trainstation Mestre F.S. take bus Nr 2 until Torre Belfredo, then take direction south for 100 m until Via San Rocco. The hotel is in the imidiate vicinity. From Venice Airport: take the shuttle bus until Mestre Railway station (traveltime 17 minutes).
