The building was formerly an oil mill and has been fully refurbished combining tradition and modernity. The hotel has 18 double cosy rooms with a great range of services. Guests can enjoy an inviting sitting room and the hotel offers a range of different atmospheres: terraces, gardens and spacious halls for meetings or to celebrate wedding parties. Guests can try traditional dishes and local wines in the hotel's restaurant.

There is a swimming pool (open from June to September) and a sunbathing terrace with unbeatable views of the lake and the town. The hotel also has facilities for fishing and a private pier for the water sports lovers. A golf course lies some 25 km away. Other appealing activities include a stroll through the old quarter of Arcos or visiting nearby villages, such as Grazalema, Ubrique and Zahara de la Sierra, which form the White Villages Route, of which Arcos is the starting point.

The hotel is in the El Santiscal housing development, 4 km from the Arcos de la Frontera centre. Arcos is well connected to important Andalusian cities by road; just 30 km from Jerez, 60 km from Cadiz, 200 km from Malaga, and 110 km from Seville. The town, declared a national monument of tourist interest, has an artistic and historical old quarter on the edge of an impressive rock overlooking the Guadalete River. Therfore, Arcos can be considered one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. The hotel is also just a 20-minute drive from Jerez de la Frontera train station and the airport.

How to get there

To get here, you should pass Arcos and leave the motorway at the East exit onto the A 372 to El Bosque. The hotel is about 2 km from the dam.
