Nette kleine Anlage, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Sehr kundenfreundlich: nach Bemängelung des Standards des zu erst bezogenen Zimmers, haben wir ein upgrade in ein Suite bekommen- diese liegen direkt am Strand und sind wirklich sehr schön. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Durch das AI-Angebot sind teilweise die Gäste dementsprechend (alkoholisiert). Die Bar schließt um 22 Uhr- danach hat man keine Möglichkeit mehr Getränke zu bekommen. Die normalen Zimmer haben einen sehr einfachen Standard, das Bad war stark sanierungsbedürftig.

Very good food, all the time. They managed to serve differentiated food during our whole stay, and it was always something good for everybody, even for the children. Nice and service-minded personnel. The other two hotels (Merrils 1 and 3 was very close to our hotel and all guests staying at one of the Merrils could use the service at the other two hotels, i.e. use the beach, go there for lunch, dinner, use facilities, and so on.. Clean "private" beach. Perfect location on the 7 Mile Beach. Walking distance to the centre of Negril, if you want to do some shopping.
All hotels in Negril had problems with the delivery of water, beacuse the company which deliver the water closes down the delivery during night time. As a result there were problems with the toilet. i.e. it was sometimes not possible to flush the toilet. The problem occured from afternoons (5 pm to approximately 5 am, night time) .It was also problems with the shower, and if you tried to shower later than 5 pm, you might not have enough water). A solution for this is for the hotel to have bigger tanks to fill up water enough for the size of the hotel.
