The hotel benefits from a privileged, central location. It is situated only 2 km from the historical centre, 2 km from the train station and 5 km from the motorway (Siracusa-Catania). The hotel overlooks the main archaeological zone of Siracusa, which includes the Greek Theatre, Ear of Dionysus, Archimedes' tomb and the rope-makers cave. The Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Tears and the Paolo Orsi Museum are both within close proximity of the hotel, whilst the beautiful and historical centre of Ortigia, recently recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is within a short walk. The hotel is 40 minutes from Catania Fontanarossa Airport and approximately 300 km from Palermo Airport.

How to get there
From Catania Airport guests should follow the car park around to the left, to the exit. Then turn right and continue straight on uphill to the flyover, following large green signs for Tangenziale Ovest and large blue signs for the SS114-Siracusa. Keep left at the first fork on the flyover, following the same green and blue signs for approximately 5 km (do not turn right at the first junction where there is a small blue sign for Siracusa). At the large junction for Tangenziale (ring road superstrada - no tolls) keep left, and then continue to travel straight on following the blue SS114 signs for Siracusa for another 7 km to the end of the ring road. When guests reach the town of Vaccarizzo, they should take the exit for Siracusa. Upon arriving at V. le Paolo Orsi, continue on this road and bear left at the end onto Viale Teracati where the hotel is located.
