My partner and I arrived at different times and fairly late in the evening. The girl at the check in desk was extremely helpful
in quickly processing my check in, and then later assisting my partner over the telephone when she got lost on the way to
the hotel. When we went to get something to eat quite late (around 9:20 p.m.), the kitchen had closed, but the catering manager
reopened it to allow us to order a proper meal from the menu. In addition, breakfast the following day was served well beyond
the advertised time by helpful and attentive staff, allowing for a very leisurely start to a Sunday. If the staff can keep
up this level of professionalism and helpfulness, then this hotel should thrive, and I would certainly use it again.
