It enjoys direct access to the oceanside promenade and the small pebble beach, Gorgulho. The town centre, the old town and Madeira Wine Lodges are all easily accessible. Madeira Airport is about 25 km away.

How to get there

From Madeira Airport, take the dual carriageway following the signs for Funchal. Exit left at the signpost for Funchal/Hospital/Porto. At the roundabout take the exit Hospital/Avenida do Mar. At the traffic lights, turn right for Câmara de Lobos and stay in the left-hand lane on the road called Estrada Monumental as far as the Lido area. Upon reaching the signpost for Praia do Gorgulho, the hotel should be in direct sight.
