    Very kind, hardworking staff.

    More variety is needed in the buffet restaurants. Example:Theme Nights ( Chinese, Mexican, etc). It was the same food everyday at lunch and dinner. At breakfast, I only seen bacon on one day! The Royal Section should be adults only and the room service should be 24 hours. If these two things had been in place, I would have upgraded to this section of the resort. Previously I have stayed at Bahia Principe Ambar and Royal Suites Turquesa by Palladium, so I am used to these perks. These things were not present at Melia. There needs to be more trains and a more regular train schedule. Too much time is being spent waiting for trains to take you from one part of the resort to another. At Bahia Principe Ambar, the train system is extensive and you don't wait anymore than 5-7 mins for a train.
