I'd recommend this hotel it was excellent value for money - but I hope you like walking.

The hotel was new, modern, quiet and clean - the bedrooms huge, beds very comfortable. The bathrooms fantastic and big, the staff friendly and professional.

There are only two lifts, too few for a hotel so big. In the mornings we had to wait 10 minutes to get into the lift and on two occasions walked down the stairs (we were on the 8th floor!). The location isn't great. Its a very long walk from the centre with only one or two decent restaurants close by. There's only one bus which passes by the hotel every 20 mins, although there are building a metro station there. Taxis cost about 7 euros to the centre

We enjoyed our stay the rooms were very nice and modern. The food was good and the price was right.

Very clean, just coming to the end of refurbishment as of Feb 2009. Stylish, modern decor. All-you-can-eat continental breakfast - perfect for filling up prior to a day exploring the city! Perfect for visiting the spectacular new City of Arts and Sciences - just 5 minutes walk away. As yet not close to any Metro stations, but a new line is being constructed with a station due to be directly outside the hotel. Use Bus no. 6 or 35 direct to the Plaza del Torres in the city centre.

Hotel website needs updating with better explanation of public transport links.

good bus service in area.it was very easy to get around the city.

scaffolding on outside of building and underground in process right outside of hotel was unexpected but did not interfer with hotel stay although there seemed to be lots of dust general feeling of building in progress..

Hotel very clean, staff very professional and food very good. The breakfast was really good and we also had an evening meal in the restaurant which was excellent and very good value for money. We also used room service which was also very good.

The hotel room was a bit shabby, ie the carpet looked very old and there was only one chair. Having said this there was a notice in the lift that said the hotel was to undergo renovations in early November. There was also substantial building work going on outside, ie a new metro station under construction. Having said this again the workers didn't begin work until 8.00am-8.30am

At first glance we thought that there wasn't any bars or restaurants but we got out and about the area & we discovered several nice looking bars & cafes. We were also 10 minutes away from the magnificent Art & Sciences Park, which is well worth a visit

Very noisy location at moment.....Line 2 of the Valencia Subway being built in the street in front of the hotel!

We were very dissappointed with the Hotel for several reasons :1. The whole road in front of the hotel and for a length of 300 mts was closed and major works were in progress to put in a new underground Metro line. We were woken in the morning by the sound of heavy machinery and the dust blowing around had to be seen to be believed!2. The Hotel was being refurbished and only about half the rooms apparently were available for use. The room next to ours was being 'gutted' with all the attendant noises.3.The restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Breakfast was very basic, served in the bar area4.The garden was closed off while the work was in progress.5.The Hotel was not well situated being close to what was described as 'run down area in the process of rejuvination'I find it incredible that you are still promoting the Hotel during this period especially as the per room tarriff is not cheap. The reason we booked the Hotel was that it sounded attractive in the description but in truth was nothing like that. You should warn people of what they will find and offer a significant discount as compensation for the disruption.I am unlikely to ever use your company again if this is representative of your performance.I would not recomment the Hotel to anyone at present but I have to select an option to be able to send the evaluation report!I await your response with interest.

The staff was really friendly and helpful with sightseeing tips. The room was clean and properly tided up.Only issue was parking the car in the hotel's nearabouts. The only private parking was 25 EUR per day, it would be good if the hotel could provide special rates for clients.
