    Food was lovley and plenty of choice, rooms were cleaned every single day! all round good experience and would recommend it for families and good entertianment for kids! reception and staff were lovely and could not do enough to help!

    air con did not work in room and was extremely hot at nights!! lifts ver small for such a big hotel!

    i found the resort very very quite not many bars or clubs to attend! even tho previous reviews stated that this was the livelelist resort on costa del sol! NOT THE CASE!!! infact we travelled into Baldemenia most nights for disco bars! not too bad tho as was only a short trip and 9 euros in a taxi!

    since it was all-inclusive i was quite surprised to find that i had to pay for the flavoured crisp by the pool but that i could have the plain crisp for free. i think this is misleading as children would always ask for flavoured crips so adding more expense to their parents holiday. apart from this instance i think the hotel is great, this was my 3 stay at the hotel .

    close to all amienaties

    Good all round pleasent stay

    Just a bit overwelmed by all the Spanish Pensioners at e hotel

    We have been here for two years and we will certanly be coming back next year about the same time.

    Very good accomodation with the hotel in a very central area.There were 15 of us in total and every one said it was very good.

    Not available to get black coffee out of the machines at breakfast.

    We found the area very good at this time of year.

    good location 5 mins walk to torremolinos centre

    outside bar area not cleaned frequently enough, tables not cleared for few hours sometimes and looked untidy

    Awaiting your reply to my e-mail 23/05/2008. being mis-lead re A/C in rooms, no mention of June onwards that the A/C is on, seven very hot nights sweating in very hot temps with balcony window wide open to let air in, not very secure!! request full refund, evaluate and credit my card, VERY DISSATISFIED,mis-lead hope I don't have to take this matter further. used you last year in orlando, stay was great. Crap this time.
