Hotel description Macdonald Townhouse, Manchester

This Grade II listed building was constructed in 1870. The grand façade of this former textile warehouse has remained largely unchanged although the building was converted into a hotel in 1982. Due to the nature of the warehouse design, the rooms created are spacious and filled with light from the large windows that surround each floor level. In addition to a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services and lift access, facilities available to guests at this 85-room city hotel include a bar, restaurant, conference facilities and room and laundry services.
