    LAS INSTALACIONES SON ESTUPENDAS SOBRE TODO SI VIAJAS CON NIÑOS. EL TODO INCLUIDO ESTA FENOMENAL.

    The food was very good. We liked the non heated pool, because it was more quiet there.

    The gym could be better. Some of the machines didn´t work in the beginning of our stay and after two weeks, nothing had happened...

    Fantastic resort great facilities, food and catering. After visiting Tenerife for last 10 years, we can say it was our best Hotel experience.

    Great facilities for kids and families staff excellent and efficent. Great selection of food, dishes accomadating many tastes and nationalities.

    Very large clean hotel with fiendly staff and very good food and facilities

    limited choice of spirits included in the all inclusive drinks you have to pay for baileys ect.

    instalaciones y habitaciones amplias

    Cambiaron el horario del bar donde se sirven los snack una hora antes del cierre de la piscina y una hora y media antes de que abran el comedor para la cena por lo que te quedas hasta sin AGUA desde las 5:00 de la tarde, INCOMPRENSIBLE, una cosa es no reponer comida(ensalada, hamburgesas, perritos...) y otra es cerrar todo, por lo que si quieres un yogourt, fruta o sanwich para la merienda de algun niño no hay nada,de nada.

    Piscinas muy calientes 30º, no se refresca uno ni en el agua. La comida es buena, pero no hay variedad, al tercer día ves lo mismo. Descuido en la limpieza de la habitación, un día no me la limpiaron. Hay muchos animadores que no hablan español. Bares cerrados y colas en el único abierto. Espectáculos por la noche un poco escasos. Dos tv, un mando, sin opción a otro (ni con fianza). Hay hamacas suficientes, pero lo que faltan son sombrillas. Tres días con un fallo en el hotel y sin aire acondicionado en la habitación. No cumplen horarios, tobogán de los niños cerrado en horario que debería estar abierto..
