The hotel is good .
The beach is not good. If I was manager for the hotel I would take a job to make the beach much better . You mast first take machines and taka away stones in the water close to the beach. After that you must make something so you do not get everything coming from ocean to the beach. Every day two person must clean the beach early in the morning. If you do that you will get more guests and earn more money . In NORWAY I work as a a manager . I if you need a leader for some weeks do do this job I can help you . The manager for the hotel must understand if he will like more profit .
You need a minibank.

Espero que sejamos reembolsados pela Hotelbeds, pois pagamos as diarias via cartao de credito.
Apenas visualmente bonito e agradavel. O atendimento do gerente Sr Luis foi muito bom, esperamos que a promessa de reembolso seja realizada.
Quartos ruins apesar de suite, ar condicionado velho, comida muito ruim sem condicao de comer, roupas de cama velhas, falta de higiene por todo canto, cafe da manha pessimo, enfim saimos no segundo dia e pedimos reembolso das diarias restantes atraves do gerente Sr Luis que faria isto para a Hotelbeds. As notas pesquisadas pela internet nao correspondem com a realidade que presenciamos;

excelente hotel com uma praia linda e bastante limpa....
banheiro pequeno
o hotel fica longe do shopping e de outras praias boas da cidade, porem a praia do hotel nao deixa nada a desejar.............

El trato del personal del hotel fue muy agradable, consideramos que había poca actividad en lo que se refiere a la animación, tal vez sea por ser temporada baja, pero el equipo de animación son personas excelentes. Nuestro única "queja" es la poca variedad en lo que se refiere a las comidas.En general la evaluación es buena.Gracias por sus servicios
The hotel is good . 
the staff was very nice
the rooms were old and dirty looking, the tap water was yellow. bad smell from the sewers the food was'nt that good looking or tasted that good
