This charming hotel comprises 2 buildings at the very heart of Rome, adjoined by a delightful garden smelling sweetly of wisteria where, in spring and summer, guests can take their breakfast and lunch and sip one of the excellent aperitifs. The historic hotel, built in 1925, now extends to the adjacent palazzo constructed in 1905 by a long-standing and noble Venetian family. The palazzo features the hotel's finest bedroom suites, some still with their splendid ceilings and decoration work, all dating back to 1905. The annexe has 17 standard rooms, and is the newer building of the hotel. The air-conditioned establishment comprises a total of 83 guest rooms and suites, and welcomes its guests into a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and a cloakroom. On-site facilities include lift access, a café, a bar and a restaurant. WLAN Internet access is provided, and room and laundry services are available for a fee. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the parking garage, whilst those wishing to explore the local surroundings can hire bikes from reception. Fees apply for both these services.

Room description

The main hotel offers 48 rooms, most of them standard but also superior and 2 suites, while the extension building comprises mainly deluxe rooms and suites. The third floor, intended for non-smokers, has a separate entrance and comprises 6 extremely bright deluxe rooms, 2 with a balcony. Across the street there is the entrance of the delicious and freshly refurbished non-smoking depandance/annexe, consisting of 17 non-smoking rooms, offering the same comforts as the main building. The en suite bathrooms come with a shower, bath and hairdryer, whilst in-room amenities include double beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio/hifi, Internet access, a safe and a minibar. Furthermore, the rooms are fitted with individually regulated air conditioning and heating, and terraces are also available.

Meal service description

A breakfast buffet is served daily and set menu lunches are also available.
