Laid out over 3 floors, the business hotel is housed in a historical late 19th-century palace built in Neo-Renaissance style. A simple and elegant staircase leads into the hotel, up to the lounge, which is decorated with floral fabrics and modern wooden furniture. The hotel provides a private transfer service to and from the airport, a laundry service, and scooter and car rentals. The air-conditioned business hotel offers 28 guest rooms in total and facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, lift access, a café, breakfast room and bicycle hire service. For an additional fee, guests may make use of the WLAN Internet access and a private garage.
Room description
The hotel rooms are all perfectly sound-proofed and equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, a safe, direct dial telephone, Internet access, satellite TV, pay TV and Sky TV. Vatican City is located on the other side of the river, 4 km from the hotel, and can be reached by bus or metro. There is a bus stop and metro station 200 m from the hotel and Termini train station is roughly 400 m away. Guests will find numerous restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk and there is a shopping centre a 20-minute drive away. Rome Ciampino Airport is approximately 28 km from the hotel and Leonardo da Vinci International (Fiumicino) Airport is around 32 km away.

Hotel location is perfect, 5 minute walk from Termini Station. When you arrive, there are two sets of large stairs to walk
up, which might be a problem for elderly people, or people with large amounts of luggage. The staff are very friendly and
helped us on many occasions if we needed directions or extra towels, etc. The rooms are of adequate size, however they are
very clean and the bedsheets and towels are changed daily. We had a double and a triple room, shower facilities were good,
room had a hair dryer but no basic tea making facilities. Bar is open 24/7, tea is 1.50euro, coffee is 1.00 euro. The beds
are VERY comfortable, and there is minimal noise outside, the area around the hotel is nice. Breakfast is served from 7.30
to 10.00am everyday, consists of croissants, boiled eggs, cake, tea/coffee, juices, yoghurts, etc. Enough to get you started
for your day. Payment is taken out of your account when you get there, however you have to pay a 2euro tax per person per
night on departure. I would definatly recommend this hotel, and would go again. Very friendly staff.
