Absolutely wonderful hotel. Located right next door to Jemma el Fna - but once your inside the hotel you're in your own private oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of the world outside. Three restaurants and a snack bar by main pool that serves wonderful food at lunchtime, what more could you want. Would defintely go back time and time again.

Good location, quite atmosphere, large rooms with good views. Staff very professional but at the same time friendly and helpful,
Air conditioning and ceiling fan rather noisy. Computers in business centre only have French keybords.

Overpriced, not a true 5 star hotel. Dirty carpets everywhere.
Close to everything, quiet.

Staff were this bad that I have left after a day instead of 2 days. They not even took the effort to why ask we had paid for 2 days and after 1 day already left.therefore an expensive 1 day stay was
very good

Staff friendly, professional. Grounds and atmosphere wonderful Spa Excellent worth a visit even if you're not using the hotel
Aircon in rooms inefficient. Piano bar a bit dull.
Situated between the Katoubia and the Medina you are ideally placed to see and do everything the old city has to offer. Short taxi ( plenty but agree the price beforehand)rides get you to the Gueliz

I honestly believe that this is one of the best hotels in marrakech, the overal standard throughout the hotel is good, the price is quite steep for what you receive though, but this is marrakech and the luxeries and kinda few and far between. If you want a good culteral experince this is the place for you. If you want a relaxing, peaceful, cheap break away i would say look somewhere else.
One of the best resturants in the whole of marrakech is on the roof of the hotel, fairly pricey but food quality is great. The rooms are mainly traditional Maroccan with a hint of modern spec added. The cleaners are very hard working and do a good job. The staff are hard working in general and happy to help, although be careful of a few members of staff who would rip you off at any possible moment, this occurs very often in marrakech.
The hotel is located in the very centre of marrakech, right next to the night market and the hustle and bustle. If you want to experience the real marrakech, this hotel cant be match for location, this is why the price is fairly high.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Riadstyle, im Herzen von Marrakech. Preis/Leistung stimmt.

The hotel was well located for the souks etc...the staff were exceptional in politeness
We felt the hotel bed rooms were in need of refurbishment
