Located in the middle of a tropical garden, the hotel is designed to harmonize perfectly with the natural surroundings, the resort consists of low-rise, contemporary Thai-style buildings that combine spaciousness with an open, cool and natural ambience. Tides restaurant is a formal restaurant, which offers an à la carte selection of international cuisine, as well as Asian dishes and seafood specialities. The menu quality is fully matched by the excellence of the wine list. Guests have the opportunity to choose between sitting in the cool interior or outside by the beach. There is space for up to 52 guests inside and 24 persons are able to sit outside. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10 am. Lunch is served in the restaurant from 11.30 am to 2 pm and evening meals are offered from 6pm to 10 pm. Sunsets can be enjoyed from the beach, making it the perfect location for a cool drink and evening cocktails. There is seating for up to 32 persons and the bar is open from 10am to 10pm. How to get there
During the high season (from November to April), the transportation consists of a 50-minute drive from Krabi Airport to Baan Hua Hin pier by minivan, followed by a 20-minute scenic ride along the coast of Koh Lanta Yai on Layana's private speedboat. From May to October, the resort operates roundtrip transfer by land transport only.
