The main wing has 10 deluxe rooms, 2 junior suites and 3 family suites, and the house wing has 1 deluxe room, 1 junior suite and a honeymoon suite. The hotel is air-conditioned and offers guests a wide range of facilities, including an entrance hall, a restaurant, a hotel safe, a WLAN access point, room and laundry services and parking for those arriving by car.

The rooms have recently been redecorated, with comfortable duvets, new draperies and carpets, retiled bathrooms with a larger vanity area, antique table fans and televisions with cable channels in common rooms. All rooms have four-poster beds, tea and coffee-making facilities, an operator-assisted telephone, separate shower and bathtub, a hairdryer and a full set of personal care toiletries.

The Cameron Highlands, which occupy the north-western part of the state of Pahang, is Malaysia's largest and most popular hill resort. They are about 3 hours' drive from Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is situated approximately 1,000 m above sea level in the Cameron Highlands, about 200 km north of Malaysia's capital - Kuala Lumpur. Set in an area dubbed the 'The Valley of the Eternal Spring', this Tudor-style country house, backed by state reserve forests, sits atop a hill overlooking the Sultan Abu Bakar Lake. A short distance from the towns of Tanah Rata and Ringlet, it is within close proximity of many key attractions. The centre of Ipoh is just an hour and a half away by car.
