Room description
The bungalows are scattered around the colourful garden and come with a bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, ceiling fan and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Other features include satellite TV, a fridge, safe and a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the Cretan Sea. The rooms in the main building have the same amenities and the majority have a balcony with sea view. Both the rooms and the bungalows have been tastefully furnished and designed for a relaxing, top quality holiday.
Sport activities description
The hotel offers a main swimming pool with sea and fresh water, a swimming pool in the family bungalows area which is heated during the low season and a children's pool also with sea and fresh water. Water-based activities offered include aqua fit, waterskiing, jet skiing, windsurfing, banana boating, canoeing and pedal boating. For a fee guests can try diving, sailing, horse riding, golf or can use the hotel's gym. Tennis, table tennis, pool/snooker, basketball, volleyball, minigolf and archery are also offered. Guests can also enjoy massage treatments. Sun loungers and parasols are available at the beach.

Hotel location description Knossos Beach
The hotel is built right on the edge of a natural bay just a few metres away from the sea. It is located on the north coast of the picturesque island of Crete, close to Heraklion, almost directly in the centre of the island. The area was home to the Minoan civilization, an ancient Cretan culture that represents a stage in the development of the Aegean civilization.

How to get there
Take the road straight ahead from the airport's exit towards the national road eastbound E75. Turn left under the bridge, following the sign indicating "to Aghios Nikolaos". Stay on the E75 for aprox. another 8km, and take a right a few meters after the sign indicating "KOKKINI HANI" (2), leaving E75, and onto a narrow road leading under the national road, and then to the left. This will take you directly to Kokkini Hani main road. At the Pharmacy turn left again and the resort will be on the right after about 200m, directly on the seafront.
