Sport activities description
Activities on the reserve include Big 5 game viewing on open safari vehicles, as well as fascinating guided bush walks with experienced rangers. Other outdoor pursuits such as horseback riding, fishing and self-guided walks are also available nearby. Water sports such as waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating, sailing, catamaran boating, canoeing and pedal boating are also available. In addition, guests can opt to enjoy the solitude and peaceful surroundings, lounging at the indoor saltwater swimming pool, which includes a children's swimming area, or on sun terrace with parasols and a poolside snack bar. They may also choose to relax on their private viewing deck overlooking the waterhole, or perhaps be pampered by the resident massage therapist, whilst soaking up the sounds and scents of the African bush. Table tennis, aerobics and archery facilities are also provided, and the hotel has a sauna and a steam room.

How to get there
Leaving Port Elizabeth Airport, turn left at the roundabout. Continue over the railway line and turn right at the traffic lights (Heugh Road). Continue straight to the last traffic lights at the bottom of the hill. Turn left and follow the N2 towards Grahamstown for about 100 km. Turn left at the Kichaka sign. Continue for 3.5 km on the gravel road until arriving at the hotel gate on the left. Proceed up the road to the hotel reception area.
